Woodley VE 75 Event

Before the current lock down Woodley Town Centre together with Woodley Town Council were planning an event to celebrate the 75th anniversary of V E Day on 8th May 2020.
Obviously this event has now been cancelled.
We are though looking to mark the event in an appropriate way and one suggestion is that we hold an event in Woodley similar to the current "Clap for Carers" that many people participate in weekly
( We could even organise a mass rendition of "We'll meet again! )

Time is a bit tight, but if there is support for this event we will organise it. Please therefore let us know what you think
